Every year during the Friday of Alumni weekend, the health professionals of Oakwood University gather for scientific presentations, mission and ministry testimonies, and fellowship. In an effort to make every year's symposium better than the previous, we want to get get your feedback on the Continuing Medical Education sessions. Please fill out the first form below and if applicable fill out the second form also.

Please fill out the first form which lets us know which CME topics you are interested in hearing for the 2009 Annual Symposium. 

Plesae fill out the second form if YOU have given a CME qualifying presentation before and are willing to present during Alumni Weekend for the symposium. You can also fill out the second form if you haven't given a CME qualifying presentation before but you have a presentation that WOULD qualifity for CME credits if submitted.
